JOB OFFER Brand & Communications Project Administrator (Brand & Communications Manager)
About us
We are a premium massage and wellness studio setting a high service standard for clients and developing professional training for specialists.
As we expand the team we are looking for someone to help grow our brand, strengthen communication and take an active part in the studio’s long-term development.
This is not just an admin role. We seek an proactive person who wants to be a key part of our team and build a strong, modern and recognisable brand with us.
Your responsibilities
Client communication
- Professional client communication by phone, email and social media.
- Managing appointments and bookings.
- Advising clients before and after visits.
- Delivering a high level of client service.
Brand development
- Contributing to the studio’s image.
- Finding and attracting new clients.
- Implementing the communication strategy.
- Generating ideas for ad campaigns and marketing projects.
Social media & content
- Planning and coordinating content.
- Helping create video content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Developing creative promotion ideas.
- Working with photographers, videographers and content creators.
- Finding and coordinating collaborations with bloggers and opinion leaders.
Online learning development
- Helping create and promote educational programs.
- Preparing ideas for presentations, visuals and sales content.
- Strengthening the brand’s expert image.

✔ You have a good sense of style and create quality visual content.

As we expand the team we invite women who want to build a professional career in massage therapy. We value motivation, responsibility and continuous growth, so we welcome both experienced specialists and candidates without experience — we will teach everything needed.
Responsibilities
- Performing professional massage treatments.
- Individual work with clients.
- Providing a high level of service.
- Working according to the studio’s signature methods and quality standards.
- Continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Age — from 20 to 39 years.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
- Politeness, responsibility and good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Basic English is an advantage.
- Massage therapy experience is welcome but not required — we provide full training.
